Our team of press tool designers & cnc programmers have vast experience in the various forms of metal pressings and offer a capacity of approximately 400 hrs per month. Our design software offers various analysis tools which assists us with the layouts of the various tooling operations, design and quality approval stages. We have developed our own in-house documentation to aid us in the identification, verification and validation of the various design stages for specifically different projects. The documentation makes provision for a multidisciplinary approach to ensure that all requirements of the project, from conceptual design to the issue of the final design instruction sheets, are achieved.
